If you are arriving after front desk hours, please contact us before your arrival. We will provide self check-in instructions and an access code via email.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the first night's stay. Any remaining refundable balance will be refunded less a 6% administrative fee.

No. The hostel is entirely smoke-free, including cannabis and vaping inside the building. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Yes. Complimentary luggage storage is available on your arrival and departure day.

The hostel has a maximum stay of 14 days within a calendar year. Requests for longer stays can be made to the hostel management, subject to approval at the discretion of the hostel manager.
