CANMORE ALPINE HOSTEL BOOKING POLICIES

BOOKING POLICY 


  • Canmore Alpine Club bookings can be made up to 180 days in advance.

  • ACC Members are eligible for the member rate. All non-members and HI Canada members will receive the book direct rate.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Fully refundable until 48 hours prior to the check-in date, less a 2.4% processing fee and a 3% cancellation fee.

  • If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice guest will pay for the first night’s stay.

  • If a no-show occurs the guest is obligated to pay the first night.

  • This includes any and all reservation changes.

  • Bookings are non-transferable to another party.

  • Canmore Alpine Hostel does not refund or discount any booking(s) due to weather, wildfires, delay, early departure, imposed closures or restrictions, road construction, road closure, illness, trail closure or for any reason(s) beyond our control.

CODE OF CONDUCT


  • To ensure a comfortable stay, Guests are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner at the Hostel and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in Guests being asked to leave the Hostel in which event all Charges and Additional Charges shall become immediately payable by the Guest.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the Hostel.

  • The Guest will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at the Hostel by Guests or visitor(s) of the Guest. The Guest may be liable for HI Canada’s reasonable cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing any property of the hostel which is damaged, soiled or lost by the Guest.
